It is right by Old Perpetual. The hot springs is basically a medium-sized swimming pool fed by a natural source of hot water. The rooms were decent, but you can tell how old they are with the fat TVs and the physical keys to lock the doors. My room had a door that was hard to open, but the entire place had a cool old-timey feel.
Room was filthy, not been vacuumed in days. Spider webs in room over bed with cob Webs .
Great place for the price. Rooms were big and comfortable. Could use some upgrades, but it's got history and character, so had no complaints. Staff was super nice, and though small, the hot spring pool was great. If we're through again, this will be the only place I consider staying. Lots of character for a great price.

Filthy place. Great views, though. Take a black light with you and you won't stay. Management wouldn't even offer clean sheets. We tried out three rooms, all with nasty stains on the sheets only seen with a blacklight. We ended up staying at a Best Western down the road. Good luck!

Stopped here to stay the night and enjoy the pool. I'm so happy I asked to see the room first. The beds were stripped and all the linen was in a pile on the floor and dirty. This is at 7pm. We went to the office and asked if the room could be made up by the time we got back from dinner. We were told, "No, the maid is gone for the day." So, we moved on. The pool looked ok.
No hot water, no coffee maker, no frills, free bugs..
